TL0351 is a colourless, high-gloss acrylic topcoat with excellent flow and transparency. It is faster drying (dust dry, touch dry) than traditional acrylic systems, and ensures excellent yellowing resistance. Thanks to its excellent substrate wetting coupled with fast drying speed and optimized formula balance it is ideal for vertical applications. Buffing is possible three days after application. It is ideal over clear Acrylic Basecoats such as TU0055/00. Burnishing is possible three days after application. Activation with TH0908/00 and thinning with DT0139/00.

APPLICATION
With good drying conditions and air circulation (20°C), a good build can be achieved with one coats of 180 g/m². Lower temperatures and higher relative humidity can lead to longer drying times.
AFTER CARE
Buffing is possible 3 days after application.
Due to the high chemical resistance of Acrylic Topcoats, the packaging used does not usually cause problems. We recommend high-density polythene. PVC or Pluriball are not suitable.
ALTERNATIVE HARDENERS/THINNERS
OTHER
Like all acrylic products, even if blended with TH0908/00 hardener, it must be applied at a temperature not lower than 18°C. Lower temperatures may lead to not uniform drying and the film is liable to lose elasticity and become brittle.
It is important to understand when using a Acrylic Coatings to check whether your full system is appropriate. IWC are able to advise you on spray equipment and materials to achieve the perfect finish. Please click the contact us button for advice.
